PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Soft wheat flour Italian type "0", oat flakes 8%, rye flour, dextrose, acid dry wheat paste, salt, gluten, malt, flour treatment agent (L-ascorbic acid E300).
 


USE

Semi-processed product for the preparation of Arab bread with the addition of oat flakes, which give a distinctive flavour and extra fibre compared to classic Arab bread. Recommended for preparing dough with the straight dough method and short rising time. Very soft bread with a thin crust and fine, regular crumb is
obtained.
