Soft wheat flour Italian type “0”, rye flour, wholemeal soft wheat flour, seeds 6% (sesame, linseed, millet, in variable proportions), soya flour, corn flour, dextrose, oat flakes, barley flakes, malt, flour treatment agent (L-ascorbic acid E300).
USE
Semix is a calibrated flour for the preparation of bread with sesame, linseed and millet seeds. Suitable for the preparation of dough with the straight dough method and short rising time. Country type loaves with particularly intense flavour and aroma are obtained.
