The Bertolo Food Academy is Molino Bertolo’s training school, located in the historic mill and founded on a wish to share our passion for cookery and genuine recipes, together with our desire to create something unique and amazing.
Working with outstanding tutors, master bakers and master pastry cooks, the Academy provides a wide range of courses and meetings dedicated to bread, pastry and pizza making, as well as all those preparations that require top quality flour.
Course attendees can discover the secrets of the magic art of kneading and producing delicious, fragrant products by combining our ancient milling expertise with the latest technology.

Our Academy provides customised courses for professionals and for those who approach bread, pastry and pizza making for the first time. On demand, the academy is also available for courses on specific topics of interest.
