Soft wheat flour Italian type "0", dextrose, acid dry wheat paste, salt, malt, flour treatment agent  (L-ascorbic acid E300).
 


USE

Semi-processed product for the preparation of Arab bread with a thin crust and fine, regular crumb. Recommended for preparing dough with the straight dough method and short rising time.
