PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The yellow corn flour from Zergognello is grown and stone ground in an old mill in Veneto.

 

This type of polenta, based on the variety used, is rich in bran which also determines its characteristic color which includes different tones of yellow and brown, giving it intense rustic aromas.

Recommended doses for use

Doses for 8 people:

500g of maize flour

2 liters of water, 1 tablespoon of coarse salt.

 

Doses for 4 people:

250g of maize flour

1 liter of water, ½ tablespoon of coarse salt

 

Doses for 2 people:

3 glasses of water, 1 glass of cornmeal, 1 teaspoon of salt.
